The Exmouth station is one of 60 that form National Coastwatch Institution. We have refurhished the aging Victorian lookout & are having an official opening.

Our NCI Awareness Day is to celebrate the opening of our lookout following its internal refit and to draw awareness to the vital work of our volunteer watchkeepers who keep Eyes Along the Coast to assist His Majestys Coastguard and mariners as part of the Search and Rescue family. As a charity we keep a visual watch for water users and peopleon and in the water and those on the beach who may get into difficulty. At Exmouth, this is done 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
