Extra help on a night out

If you’re on a night out and it’s all going a bit wrong, Ask For Angela.

Devon and Cornwall Police's Licensing team promotes this scheme in venues across the force area, and it can be used by anyone who feels like they are in an unsafe situation where the poster is displayed. Perhaps your date has taken a turn you aren’t happy with, or your being harassed by a stranger. Staff in the venue will find a way to discreetly get you out of the situation. Even if posters aren’t displayed, if you feel unsafe perhaps because of harassment then let staff or security know.
