Flooding update

Following heavy rain, areas of Devon are continuing to be hit by localised flooding. The advice from Devon and Cornwall Police is to please only drive if absolutely essential.

Current road closures include:

Exeter & East

The Trafalgar Way, Axminster

A376 Clyst St George to Clyst St Mary inbound closed/outbound one lane open

A3072 near the Cat and Fiddle

A379 Devon Motel, passable with care

A30 NH – Closed either end of Honiton

London road, Cranbrook Junction Gribble Lane

A376 Exmouth Road, Lympstone – Flooded and impassable

Beacon Lane, Exeter – Flooded impassable

Streatham Drive, Exeter – Flooded impassable

A303 Upottery

A358 Weycroft Bridge

A3052 Boshill Hill

South

A382 Monks Way near B3387 roundabout Bovey Tracey

Totnes Road, Buckfastleigh – Flooding, impassable

Newton Road, Kingsteignton – Still passable but flooded

Moretonhampstead Road, Lustleigh – Flooded impassable

Ashburton Road, Newton Abbot

A379 Station Road, Dawlish

Mid

A377 Crediton both ends, flooding and a landslip

A377 junction with Queen Elizabeth Drive, Crediton – Flooding. Road impassable.

B3181 Cullompton to Willand closed at 5 bridges

Hemyock Road, Culmstock – Flooding, impassable

A396 Stoke Road, Stoke Canon – Flooding, impassable
