A man has died following a single-vehicle collision on the A375 at Sidbury, Devon. Emergency services were notified at approximately 10.30am on Friday 13th September to a collision involving a Renault Master van.
A man has died following a single-vehicle collision on the A375 at Sidbury, Devon.
Emergency services were notified at approximately 10.30am on Friday 13 September to a collision involving a Renault Master van.
Devon & Cornwall Police, South West Ambulance Service, Devon and Somerset Fire Rescue and Devon Air Ambulance attended the incident.
Unfortunately, as a result of the incident, the driver, who was in his 50s, was pronounced deceased at the scene. His next of kin were informed.
The A375 was closed to allow for a forensic examination of the scene and recovery of the vehicle.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team are appealing for witnesses of the incident to come forward quoting log 0229 13/09/2024.
