Street artists are being given the opportunity to make their mark in Exeter.
InExeter – the city’s Business Improvement District, or BID – is looking for talented artists to help brighten up the streets of Exeter.
They’re looking for artists with the vision and skills to create spectacular pieces that add to the vibrancy and personality of the city.
Over the past five years, InExeter has delivered ten street art pieces around the city. The giant pieces have welcomed visitors, brightened the city streets, and added colour to the community.
InExeter said it is compiling a list of talented artists and will reach out when the perfect location is ready for them to unleash their creativity.
Those keen to apply can send InExeter their portfolio and links to any previous works. Email info@inexeter.com and they’ll be in touch.
For each street art piece, InExeter will set a brief and invite artists to tender.
Those who are not an artist themselves but know someone who is, can pass the information on or send it direct to InExeter, who will then be then contact them.
