Exeter City Council has applied to the Marine Management Organisation for a Harbour Revision Order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964.
The proposed order would modernise and consolidate the statutory harbour powers applying in relation to the Port of Exeter.

The notice was issued on 13 October, and any correspondence should be received by 42 days after the order.
