Exeter Police have been made aware of several recent breaks into some of Exeter’s closed buildings
These include the former Harlequins Shopping Centre, Heavitree Road Police Station and Magistrates Court Unfortunately, those responsible have caused extensive Criminal Damage.
Exeter Police will be carrying out extra patrols and checks of these areas in the coming weeks. Not only is entering and causing damage to these buildings’ illegal, they are also highly dangerous places to enter and explore, with a high risk of injury or death.
They would please ask people to refrain from accessing these sites in the future, they are working with the buildings security teams to make them further secure.
