East Devon District Council are halfway through its consultation on the future of East Devon’s Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs), and there’s still time to share your views!
PSPOs help keep public spaces safe, clean, and accessible by addressing issues like dog control, anti-social behaviour, and beach regulations. As part of the Councils review, they are considering updates to the following orders:
- Control of Dogs
- Controls on Seashores and Promenades
- Control of Anti-Social Behaviour and the Consumption of Intoxicating Substances
The Consultation closes Monday 28 April 2025, 3pm.
