A project to create mindfulness spaces at Service Headquarters and Exmouth Fire Station has been shortlisted for the Blue Light Card Foundation’s Workplace Wellbeing Fund.
The project
The project focuses on creating and enhancing dedicated mindfulness spaces, providing a quiet, outdoor sanctuary to decompress and recharge. This initiative is part of the Service's commitment to prioritising the mental health of our people, who often face high-stress and demanding situations.
The fund
The Blue Light Card Foundation’s Workplace Wellbeing Fund will support 10 initiatives that enhance the mental and emotional health of people in the blue light community by offering a £2,000 grant to winning projects.
The winners will be determined by a public vote, which closes on 10 October 2025.
