Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 58-year-old Mark Lemmer who has been reported missing in the Exeter area. Mark was last seen on Sunday 21 July leaving a property in the Pinhoe area of the city.
Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 58-year-old Mark Lemmer who has been reported missing in the Exeter area.
Mark was last seen on Sunday 21 July leaving a property in the Pinhoe area of the city.
He is described as being a white male, of medium build, with thinning hair and wearing all black clothing. Mark is described as having a tattoo on his right forearm.
