Police are seeking the public’s help locating a 38-year-old man from Exeter.
John Matthews is wanted in connection to reports of theft, assault and failure to attend court.
Matthews also has links to Paignton and Kingskerswell.
Enquiries have been made by officers to locate him and we are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts.
