The incident took place at around 5.40pm on Monday 8 July at the pickup point at the Tesco store on Salterton Road, Exmouth. It was reported that two women became involved in an argument near to the cash machines.

When the victim accidentally pushed her car door into the suspect, she was abused and spat at approximately five times.
