One of East Devon District Council's housing association partners LiveWest is holding a planning consultation event later this month for a proposed extra care development in Cranbrook.
Local residents and community stakeholders can learn more about the project, which could provide 58 new affordable homes, by visiting Younghayes Centre, 169 Younghayes Road, on Thursday 19 September 2024 between 3.15pm and 7pm.
The proposed development is designed to address demand for specialist housing that gives adults aged 55+ with care needs the independence of their own home and access to on-site care and support. The plans include communal facilities on the ground floor and car parking to meet operational needs
