Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious injury road traffic collision in Sidmouth.
Officers were called to Salcombe Hill Road, Sidmouth, at around 3.35pm, on Tuesday 23 April.
It was reported that the collision involved a pedal cyclist and a Toyota Yaris, which was parked and unoccupied at the time.
The cyclist, a man in his 20s from Hampshire, was airlifted to hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
The road was closed whilst investigations took place and was reopened at around 6.50pm.
Officers from the roads policing team wish to thank members of the public for their patience whilst the road was closed.
