East Devon District Council (EDDC) is hosting a special event to showcase eight newly available office spaces at the East Devon Business Centre, in Honiton, supporting independent businesses with affordable workspaces on flexible leases.
The open office event will be held on Thursday 7 November 2024 from 12pm to 3.30pm. EDDC invites small business owners, freelancers, and professionals to drop by the centre and enjoy some tea and cake, while exploring what is on offer.
Attendees will be able to meet the estates team and learn more about the terms and pricing – the offices range from 18sqm to 31sqm and are available on flexible lease terms with inclusive rents from £626.03pcm to £1,118.12pcm.
