With the weather warming up, it’s almost time to splash into summer at Exeter’s outdoor water-play facilities.
The City Council has announced the opening dates for both the paddling pools at Heavitree Pleasure Ground and the Splashpad in St Thomas Pleasure Ground.
Both will reopen for the summer on Friday 24 May, in time for the bank holiday weekend. The water-play facilities will be open from 10am to 7pm.
The Splashpad was fitted with a newly improved spongy safety surface last year. Children can enjoy the fun water park with its colourful play area and jets of water.
