Exeter City Council is inviting comments on proposals to lease part of Exwick Playing Fields to Exeter College to help deliver major improvements to facilities.
The land will remain accessible to the public.
The Council is considering the leasehold disposal of two parcels of land totalling 2.68 and 1.96 acres at the playing fields.
It will allow the college to proceed with plans for a new all-weather, floodlit rugby pitch of the minimum recommended RFU size.
The college is also planning to create a new Changing Pavilion and Classrooms to replace the former changing facility which has now been demolished.
The Council will consider any comments submitted in writing regarding disposal on the leasehold to The City Surveyor, Exeter City Council, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JJ or via email estates@exeter.gov.uk.
Submissions should be received by 30 August.
