Training for the popular volunteer post is about to take place and Exeter City Council is keen to hear from anyone interested.
The award-winning Exeter Red Coat Guided Tours operate throughout the city, offering residents and visitors a chance top step back into Exeter’s history…for free!
Tours take place throughout the year at various locations on a number of different themes ranging from Medieval Exeter to Ghosts & Legends.
Training for the Red Coats will take place from November to March and those taking part will need to be able to commit to two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for the training period.
If successful, volunteers will be awarded their Red Blazer from the Lord Mayor in April.
