In the A Division batting first Exmouth scored a massive 404 runs in their 50 overs for the loss of just 4 wickets at Killmington who were then bowled out for 203 in just 37 overs.

In the local Tolchard Devon Cricket League on Saturday, in the Premier Division Sidmouth lost at south Devon side Cornwood by 2 wickets in a close low scoring game.
Batting first Sidmouth reached a total of 167 all out after 49 overs with the home side reaching their target with the loss of 8 wickets and 2 overs remaining.

A magnificent opening partnership of 313 from Jason Nielmand and James Horler gave the Maer side the best of starts and moves them up to Second in the table but another great victory for Budleigh Salterton who walloped  Abbotskerswell at Ottermouth by 10 wickets and makes them the early league leaders, chasing the visitors 163 all out Budleigh reached their target without loss.

In the B Division Clyst St George beat visiting Cullompton by 5 wickets, chasing 184 to win the home side scored 189 with 3 overs left.

In the C Division East, Upottery were well beaten by 173 runs in North Devon by Braunton who batting first and scored 244 then dismissed the visitors for just 71 runs while in a nail biting finish Ottery St Mary lost away to Uplyme and Lyme Regis by just 2 runs chasing the home sides 231 they fell just short.
