In last night's Peninsula League East football Axminster Town were narrowly beaten 2-1 by promotion hopfulls Brixham Utd at Tigers Way, Honiton Town beat visiting Bridport 2-1 at the Memorial Ground but Sidmouth Town were surprisingly beating by 4 goals to 2 by Elburton Villa at Manstone Lane while Teignmouth AFC had a 2-0 victory at Torrington FC.
