
If you have not yet had the chance to have your say on Torbay Council’s 2025 Torbay Residents’ Satisfaction Survey, there is just over one week left to do so.
So why not join more than 1,000 local people who have so far given their views on services in Torbay?
Since September, the Council has been speaking to residents via a series of face to face roadshows and with paper and online surveys.
Change of date for final Residents’ Roadshow
There is one more roadshow left – please note the date has now changed for this following the Yellow Weather warning. There was due to be a roadshow today (Thursday 23 October) in Victoria Street, Paignton. This has now been rearranged for Tuesday 28 October in Victoria Street, Paignton from 10am to 4pm.
The main survey is for everyone in Torbay aged 16 and over, however there is also a children and young people’s survey for 12-15 year olds so the Council also wants to hear from more young people.

About the 2025 Torbay Residents’ Satisfaction Survey
The questions in the survey are based on the recommended ones from the Local Government Association (LGA) and means the Council are able to compare results with other councils. The results from last time also gave them a benchmark to compare the outcome of future surveys in Torbay to see how they are doing. This will support ongoing improvements in their services.
