Devon & Cornwall Police are seeking the public’s help to trace a 41-year-old man from Torquay. Robert Phillips is wanted in connection with reports of controlling and coercive behaviour, assault, criminal damage, theft and non-fatal strangulation.

Robert Phillips is wanted in connection with reports of controlling and coercive behaviour, assault, criminal damage, theft and non-fatal strangulation.
Enquiries have been made by officers to locate him, and we are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts and to report any sightings.
Phillips is described as being a white male with brown receding hair. He is of a stocky build and around 5ft 9ins tall.
He has links to Exeter, and the Torbay region
