Council refuses to pause revamp of ‘exemplar’ Torquay deaf services
Parents of deaf children at Torquay’s St Margaret’s primary are urging Torbay Council to reconsider plans to change support services. PTA secretary Felicity Morris called the current service “exemplar” and vital.
